Bob Haden has been licensed in NC since 1994. Bob worked as Broker Associate with United Country Real Estate | Jack Clanton Agency for 14 years before purchasing the franchise from Mr. Clanton who was retiring soon. During this time Bob learned many excellent sales, marketing and public relations skills from one of the best in the industry.
This office has successfully operated since opening in 1975 and has served this area and its citizens in every aspect of real estate business including residential sales, commercial property sales, small tracts, large tracts, small farms, large farms, poultry farms and subdivision development.
In September of 2020, Bob sold the office to one of his Broker Associates, Tim Kendall. Bob remains with the new company as a Broker Associate and is now focusing on listing and selling real estate full time while Tim runs the day to day operations of the company. The new company is operating as United Country Real Estate | Piedmont Carolina Realty, LLC.

Tim Kendall is a graduate of University of Rhode Island. He settled in Mooresville North Carolina and has lived in the Lake Norman area since 1990. Tim recently moved to Statesville to find a less crowded area for his four kids to grow up. The Kendalls love the small town feel and openness of Statesville.
Tim has a wife of 24 years and 4 children in the local schools. They enjoy outdoor activities including camping, hiking, hunting and sailing. Tim is active in the local community. He supports the PTO of his children’s school. Tim is a long time member of Lake Norman Yacht Club where he has served on the board of directors.
Tim spent 15 years in construction, eventually obtaining his General Contractor’s license. He got his Real Estate brokers license in 2015 and joined United Country in 2019.
Tim has learned that building trust through honesty and integrity is the only way to relate to people’s needs. Listening to people is the only way to understand what they want out of life, whether financial gain, personal comfort, or just to be happier. He will work hard in finding you the right property, whether it’s land, a country home, or a small farm.
Tim is a member of National Association of Realtors, Charlotte Regional Realtors Association, and holds a real estate brokers license in North Carolina and South Carolina.
